Support Women in the Workforce!
Teamwork Tuesdays take place the second Tuesday of each month from 10am-2pm and provide a perfect opportunity for volunteer groups of 8-12 individuals. Bring your employee resource group or civic association, bring snacks and drinks if you’d like, and come ready to organize clothing, shoe, and personal care items donations at our Washington boutique. Your group’s support will help the team ensure local women have everything they need to feel strong and confident as they take the next step in their career journey!
Teamwork Tuesdays kick off with a brief overview of the work of the organization by one of its leaders, a fun icebreaker to help your group get to know each other better, and a group photo for the social media pages – company t-shirts are welcome and comfortable clothing and shoes are encouraged. These events take place at our location in the Washington Crown Center Mall, which offers ample free parking. There is a refrigerator onsite, and Pretzels Plus is a great option for catering/snacks located inside the building. Companies are welcome to sign up for more than one event each year, as space permits. The cost per event is $250 and can be paid online via card or by invoice/check, if preferred.
